Holly Frizzell, Managing Partner

Holly has over 15 years’ experience in leading roles within the Financial Services industry, she has a Marketing degree, a diploma in Financial Markets and is currently one exam away from her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Holly is responsible for the operations of the practice, everything from ensuring our clients are happy to Team Recruitment to Marketing and Business Development. Her passion is coaching and development so she is relentless in ensuring everyone in the team can be the best they can be. In her spare time, Holly is busy looking after the Frizzell children, Max and Barney. She likes to keep fit, but also enjoys good food, which is often combined with a good bottle of wine!



Mark Drake, Operations Manager

Mark has over 12 years’ experience in Financial services having started his career with Halifax bank before moving into the wealth management sector. Initially starting off in client facing roles he then specialised in the technical aspect of Financial Planning and moved into a career in paraplanning where he progressed to managing a team of Paraplanners within a high net worth Wealth Management firm. Throughout his career he has gained valuable insight into both small and large wealth Management firms and in October 2019 was invited to bring that experience and insight to Frizzell & Partners in the role of Operations Manager. Here, Mark works closely with Holly, helping to run the day to day aspects of the business along with developing new processes and procedures. Mark also manages the team and is passionate about ensuring that clients are at the heart of everything we do.



Jordan Davies, PA to Tom Frizzell

Jordan has been Tom’s PA since 2017, after working in various companies as a PA for over 10 years. Jordan loves planning and is an extremely organised individual so her personality is perfectly suited to her role as a PA. Jordan is the first port of call for clients calling into the office, she is responsible for Tom’s diary and booking in meetings with clients. She also provides general administrative support in the office.

Jordan has a young toddler, Frank who keeps her busy but when she can find time to herself she loves to exercise or to try to relax with some retail therapy or socialising with family and friends.



Laura Rowe, Client Support

Laura joined the practice in 2018, she was previously in a client facing role, dealing with a wide variety of clients. Laura works very closely with Mark as Client Support and is responsible for all client enquiries and supporting the practice in a range of administrative duties. Laura’s passion is making sure clients are always happy and strives to seek ways to improve our processes.

Whilst not at work, Laura likes to watch films and she loves music of all different genres. She also likes to go on walks with her partner’s dogs Patch and Roxy.



Charlotte Johnson, Paraplanning Team Coordinator

Charlotte has a number of years in client facing roles and industries, she joined Frizzell & Partners in 2016 as an administrator and after becoming established in this role she progressed to Paraplanner. She and the other Paraplanners work closely together and are responsible for producing suitability letters outlining the bespoke advice recommended to individual clients, ensuring the letters and compliance behind these recommendations are completed to the highest possible standard, whilst also trying to decipher the jargon to make it clear for clients. Alongside her role within the Practice Charlotte is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys socialising with friends and family, likes to keep fit and plays for her local netball team.



Claire Wilson, Paraplanner

Claire has over 18 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, she joined the Partnership in 2018 from a previous role in Financial Services Marketing Compliance. Claire holds 2 IAQ diplomas which she gained in her previous role. Claire is part of the Paraplanning team and as such is responsible for producing the suitability letters which are sent to clients detailing exactly why the advisers have given the advice they have. Claire is extremely detail oriented and she and Charlotte are constantly refining their processes to ensure the documentation sent out to clients is of the highest possible standard. Claire has two girls who keep her very busy and she also likes gym classes, drawing and is addicted to reading the Jack Reacher series of books!



Kieron Anderson, Paraplanner

Kieron has over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry in a variety of roles. He joined the Practice from Prudential in March 2019 and has held positions with Royal London and Invesco Perpetual previous to this. Having joined the paraplanning team, Kieron will be responsible for producing the suitability letters and outlining the bespoke advice our clients receive, he enjoys the technical nature of the role and seeing how great financial planning can have such a positive effect on a client’s life. He holds the level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning and alongside the day to day work of a paraplanner, is continuing his studies to further develop his knowledge.

In his spare time Kieron is kept busy with family and in particular his young daughter. When he does have a bit of spare time he likes to keep active, socialise with friends and when quiet time is needed bury himself in a good book.



Lola Idowu, Technical Assistant

Lola joined the Practice in July 2019 and is the technical assistant to the Paraplanning Team. She has worked in various roles in the financial services industry, holds a Business and International Relations degree and is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. She supports the paraplanners by data gathering and technical analysis of providers information enabling the advisers to make informed recommendations. Recently, she has begun to support Claire with writing client recommendation reports which has been a new and exciting expansion to her role.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching horror movies and crime series, travelling and spending time with her family. She also enjoys keeping fit, shopping in IKEA and exploring new restaurants.
